Presenter Information
Posters:
The size of the poster boards is 50" wide and 68" high. Therefore, any poster that will fit on this board is absolutely fine.
Poster presenters will be given information about where they should place their poster when they register.
We recommend that you supply handouts of your poster.
Talks:
All talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions (immediately after the talk). Timing will be enforced so that people can easily move between sessions.
The computers in the rooms will be PCs and will have powerpoint.
